    Our facade and cladding systems include: unitised curtain walls, window walls, windows and sliding doors, louvers, glass walls using spider fittings with tension cables and rods.

  • Our standard systems have been tested to comply with AS/NZ, ASTM and GB standards, and have been used on many projects globally. Where custom systems are required, they are subjected to full-scale mock up and performance tests to verify the performance of the new product designs.

    Our testing includes: air infiltration and water resistance, structural wind load, seismic load, and thermal performance.

  • Synergy Facades produces engineering drawings for facade systems using the latest technology that comply with the most stringent international standards. Our services include: shop drawings (for approval and construction), structural calculations, fabrication drawings (for all components) and production orders.

  • Our Synergy Facades Quality Management System is designed to ensure that customer requirements are recognised and the controls of these requirements are established, implemented and maintained.

    Prior to the assembly and installation phase of facade projects, all components are subjected to rigorous quality monitoring.

    These components include: extrusion and gasket dies, extrusion and gasket tolerance, alloy and temper verification, gasket type verification, thermal bridge checking, paint integrity, silicone application and adhesion, flatness of sheet materials, glass type and tolerance, glass installation, defects monitoring, factory water testing, unit squareness, fastener testing, joinery alignment, and stone quality and strength testing (if required).

  • With our own fabrication and assembly factory, we can ensure the prompt delivery of fabricated facade solutions.

    Our leading components include: extrusions, vision and spandrel glass, aluminium composite panels, silicone and gaskets, insulation, and back pans.

  • We offer clients direct or indirect project management services coordinating all stages of the project. After a contract is awarded, if the client requires it, Synergy Facades can assign a full-time project manager and project coordinator. Our team understands time is of the essence; therefore, we continually act in a proactive manner, and meet and resolve any issues head-on.

  • Transportation and packaging are the final components in the delivery of the facade system and is a critical path of the construction process.

    Logistical factors include: development and engineering of reusable steel pallets eliminating the use of timber, ensuring units to be delivered are packed sequentially, prevention of possible damage during transit, hoisting safely and efficiently to specific locations on the building structure, and development of hoisting equipment.

  • Synergy Facades provides clients with all relevant warranties, as well as an operations and maintenance manual for the works. This includes warranty for our scope of works and any third party warranties from our suppliers for structural silicone, gaskets, extrusions, glass, solid aluminium panels, powder coating, and all other relevant materials.
